Ice skating in Lausanne

What can be better than closing your eyes and dreaming of the sea and summer? Well, keep dreaming! We are enjoying a wonderful season, so let’s just take advance of it as best as we can.

And we have a proposition for you, for the last week that you can still enjoying it for free.  Go ice skating and enjoy it while you can. It is within your reach, fun and it is considered a sport especially for kids. So take your family and dabble at it.

Time to go!

The free ice skating ring in Flon is open for another week, which means you can enjoy a free ride if you own skates. If not, with 5 CHF you can rent a pair of skates and have fun for as long as you want. And it is not just for kids! Adults can have fun too! Plus there is vin chaud, so what are you waiting for?

If you are like me and feel that this cold weather is meant for wrapping yourself in a blanket and wait for April to come so you can finally wear a dress and get outside, well then you are probably lacking vitamin D, are white as a sheet and probably growing an ass. A big one!

So just get out, walk or take the metro until the ice skating ring and take advantage of what winter has to offer.

Next you can go curling, skiing or sledding! Dare to be bold and different in 2018!

I am wearing an awesome Tallis cashmere pullover which kept me warm on a not so warm winter day! Pretty soft too!
